PMC VT-3500 3.5 CUBIC FT. VIBRATORY TUMBLER

The current day vibratory tumbler has not been updated since conception many decades ago. PMC decided to do just that. Bring the tumblers out of the stone-age and provide solutions to primitive design issues such as noise, vibrations, mobility and user interface. 

The VT-3500 has extensive sound dampening material on every bolt-on panel and retractable cover.  This results in a 64 db sound readings from 3 feet away.  To deal with excessive vibrations, PMC rubber mounted everything from the castors, electronics panel, electric motor, tub, springs and outer panels.  Even the frame tubing is injected with foam.  Long gone are the days of feeling the shaker move the floor in the office.  A large tub that can handle parts up to 28" long.  A removable 3 piece tub liner makes changing the liner a breeze and takes less than an hour to complete.   Changing debur media is made simple with a standard 2.5". Shop-vac connection and the separation lid fills 

five-gallon buckets for easy handling.  Water pump setup is included and consist of a 5 gallon bucket, pump hanger and pump.  The water system can also be controlled externally.   The user interface on the VT-3500 consist of an adjustable 6" touch screen HMI and accompanying PLC. Choose from predetermined times or create your own cycles.  Time logs and maintenance reminders.  You can also alternate media direction.  This insures even tub liner wear and provides 100% part coverage.
