PMC - MB-4800 MAGNETIC/PNEUMATIC SHEET METAL BRAKE

The PMC MB-4800 magnetic / pneumatic sheet metal brake is a great addition to almost any light industrial shop.  A working capacity of 16ga. mild steel and 20 ga. on stainless steel.  The brake uses a adjustable thumb nut selector that makes degree changes fast and repeatable.  The brake comes with 3 full length bending bars.  The narrow bar is used for radius or large offsets.  The slotted bar is for box brake operations and a solid bar for normal brake operations.  6 individual short bars for those hard-to-reach box brake operations are also included.  The brake provides 6 tons of clamping force with a max bend angle of 140 degrees. The brake also includes an adjustable material backstop for those precise, repeatable bends.  The brake can be controlled by a foot pedal or the control panel.  The brake comes ready-to-go with a male NPT quick connect air fitting.  Electrical requirement is for a 240 VAC 15 amp service.  The brake comes with a 6ft. chord and a Nema 6-15 plugin. 1 year limited warranty...
